I've had anxiety for 5 months but I'm slowly getting better. I know why I have it and I understand how to end it, but it seems like I take one step forward and 5 steps back. Sometimes they get so bad I blackout. Any advice from anyone who has them would be great. I don't think there's much more I can learn about them. But you never know. I'll take all the help I can get.

For my entire life I had anxity. My Mother and Dad had help in fight it on my own with no problems or pills! After my Husbands heart Attack it was so bad that when we went to the Marian to stay on our boat for the night I was unable to get even clost to the bathrooms there. I was frozen. Now I have had nausea problems my entire life as well, so the idea that I was nauses and could not use the bathroom cause it made me more fraid then EVER I knew at that point that I needed help with meds. Now I have depression (Just kidding.) I hate the fact that I need the xanax, but it has helped so much that after YEARS of suffering with nause and test after test on my stomach, I get xanax and BANG no more nause!!! I think that I was supressing the anxity so much that I had nausea EVERYDAY!!! Thank's to your site I see what I had!!!
Thank you for real information,
Katie Kalpin

I have different symptoms than the normal. I kept thinking I was stuck in an anxiety net so now my body literally feels that it is with vibrations. Also, under my feet, which can be intense. My body does not feel normal due to vibrations. One can not avoid walking in life so do not know how to get out of this loop. My symptoms are 24 times 7 and has been going on for a couple of months. I have been just coping each day. Not working now physical symptoms would not let me.

This is a really great post!

It is simple and to the point and I think it is very accurate. I have many situations where I want to overcome my fears but then I "chicken out". Makes sense!

I always use the paper bag technique. It's OK but I feel a bit awkward when on a date or with friends. You seem to have some very good info on this website. Looking forward for more.
