If you think of the matter in a deeper way it is easily understood that 300 years ago our ancestors didn’t use drugs to overcome panic attacks. They were all natural. They would live healthy lives.

There was no McDonalds, or KFC back then, there was only pure homemade natural food. We may be a wiser and more advanced generation, but, I think you’ll agree with me that they were a stronger generation. This section will show you how to feed yourself for the quickest recovery and in the process enjoy your meals.

Fruit & Vegetables

Whether you believe it or not, you’re unbalanced. Don’t misunderstand; there is nothing mentally wrong with you. However, you must make sure that you live properly and by feeding your body with the vitamins and minerals you need as a human being you are bound to feel better. You are weak! You may think you’re strong, but your physical strength is not what counts!

Fruit and Vegetables are by far the most important ingredient for a high quality life. This doesn’t mean that by eating more vegetables and fruit you won’t get to eat the snacks you want. Eat what you like to eat, just don’t exaggerate and make sure to eat fruit and vegetables.

Develop the habit of eating at least one tomato, one cute cumber and half an onion per day, the more the better. Also make sure to eat 1 fruit of your choice per day. That can be an apple, an orange, a banana – you choose.

The more vegetables you get into your system the more alert you’ll feel and that’s a guarantee! You’re human! Look at yourself! There are no exceptions, fruit and vegetables were created to nourish your body with all the necessary vitamins and minerals you need to live a healthy life. When your body feels good your mind will feel good. Remember the athletes?

Eating fruit and vegetables on a daily basis is not an option, it’s a must! The body demands the supply of vitamins and minerals for they are necessary for life, health, and growth.

Your body knows better than you what’s good for you. By neglecting it, the body becomes weak and the mind can’t function properly. Always remember that anxiety is an unorganized lifestyle. Change your lifestyle and you’ll see that you will eliminate every aspect of anxiety you have in your life.
