The first thing that you need to do in order for you to deal with your condition is to accept your problem and seek for immediate help. Not acknowledging that you have a problem and you need help will just worsen your situation. Understanding cognitive therapy and learning social skills will help you change your self-esteem and allow you to learn how to approach people by being aware why you are having irrational fears and change your negative thoughts.
You also have to be aware that you need support because it is difficult to deal with social anxiety alone. Asking your psychotherapist or physician for advices will help you handle your fears and receive medications if needed.
