How Long Does It take To Get Rid Of Anxiety and Panic?

Clock - Time For AnxietyMany people are troubled about the time it takes to recover from anxiety. To help you feel a little more relaxed about the process of recovery, you need to understand a few things. Many programs offer immediate well being by reading a book. Is the book magic? Can you cure your anxiety by reading a book? Obviously not! There are some actions you need to take in order to get better. You got into this anxiety loop because of actions you took in the past, which means you must take certain actions to get out of your anxiety. The process requires time.

It can take a few days, weeks or even months. From our statistics we’ve found that in average the process takes anywhere from 1 – 2 months for significant results. Some people see results within 2 -3 days while others 2 – 3 months, it depends only on your belief and determination. A significant result will be a case where the ex sufferer will say: “I don’t fear my anxiety! I feel good”. That’s a point where we know that it is just a matter of time that you seal the recovery.

It is also important that when you are completely recovered you don’t stop with the course. The course is designed to help you cure yourself and keep it that way. Eventually, you will be all over the course and anxiety will be a long lost memory that has made you stronger.

I’ve had anxiety for 5 months but I’m slowly getting better. I know why I have it and I understand how to end it, but it seems like I take one step forward and 5 steps back. Sometimes they get so bad I blackout. Any advice from anyone who has them would be great. I don’t think there’s much more I can learn about them. But you never know. I’ll take all the help I can get.
