Despite of the fact that these supplements are natural, these medications should not be taken as you want. There are still prescriptions to follow for it to be effective, and you should make sure that you will be selective on the kind of supplements to use. It would also be best for you if you will search about the supplements and check its scientific data for you to be comfortable in taking it, and use it in amounts recommended.

A lot of people would agree that using supplements to treat panic attacks is better for the body and are healthier in the long run.
